To know how fast or not they'll go with EN you just need to look at the other overseas branches at the very least to see how fast and the difference in months between debuts. Which unfortunately doesn't seem a lot of people don't do even the bare minimum to look at a wikia, be it in here or not.

That's the thing though. The guy is making the argument that wave 2 and 3 were launched as rushed. And what I'm saying is that regardless of anything, they still would do it. Look at how many months it took for each wave of the overseas branches to debut.
