But Mori herself has been using that to try and maintain some distance from Kiara, because she was starting to fall more and more for her, which was a very strange and complicated feeling.
Then, after a few months apart, the loneliness finally hit her hard. She thought Kiara leaving would finally allow her to get over it, but it just made it worse. Right now, more than anything, she regrets not having being more honest, instead of trying to subtly push her away, afraid of her own feelings.
