So that's it? Cover's just giving up, none of the other talent will take a stand for artistic freedom or expression or anything? All this does is empower the Chinese to shut down whatever they don't like. Don't they get it? Sooner or later the Chinese will come for them, too. Are they all just going to keep saying "oh well, it's sad, but let's try to be happy at the ending!" for each and every one of them?

I hate this so much. Have some artistic expression of my own.
