A good chunk of male streamers are guys who are already famous and succesful outside of streaming and they just stream as a hobby on the side. Actors do it, athletes do it, musicians do it.

There's just now way to reconcile that with vtubing where the entire philosophy is hiding the real identity of the person and making him play an ironic anime character.
