This, I can't think of anything to change, I'm not even trying to be bias her design just shows the right amount of skin but keeps the knight motif.
A full armor design might be cool for an alternative outfit but I wouldn't want it as her default. Short hair works for this, I know Noel prefers long hair to her own. She definitely has one of the better designs in Hololive.

Flare's redesign was done for reasons higher up. I never got the real reason, just a lot of rats, but I assumed it was to break away from the Chinese design since Flare said it wasn't because she didn't like it. I really like Flare's new outfit suits her much better.
