For the burgers of EN, a "random off-collab" would be $150-250 plane ticket planned a couple weeks in advance. If it's an international flight, double that number. An "on a whim" trip that day, you're looking at $400-800 depending on the days involved. Once you get there, you'll probably need a rental car (another $50-70 a day) or several taxi/uber/whatever costs if they don't plan on just bumming on the other liver's couch. It's neither something you do on a whim, or particularly cheap or comfortable.
For a random off-collab to happen, you'd need a couple livers that happen to live in the same city, or at least the same state/province like Millie, Enna, and Elira, otherwise the logistics and cost will always be a barrier.
