Her first, OG model had hair horns like that, and the face markings are a removable accessory for the current model's previous outfit so I assume they can be applied to this one as well. She doesn't wear them that often anymore, but they're a remnant from her 'world line beta' chuuni larp to explain why she changed plans so it's at least lore consistent as to why she doesn't wear the war paint anymore.

I think the second outfit used the same base model as the first, so it depends on what you define as a redesign. Was Sora getting her girl next door outfit that she uses for most of her home streams also a redesign since it was completely unlike her older JK and idol oufits? I do think this is gonna be AZKi's primary outfit going forward since it's a much better fit for her musical style then the super genki idol-pop style her current outfit implies, but it's not as though she's stopped using her old outfits on occasion, even getting the iconic 2nd outfit updated to her new body for use during concerts.

The cyberclaws were hilarious, but while the outfit looks good in static shots and fan art, the static nature of the skirt always ends up looking dumb. In a single frame, it looks amazing since them being flared out gives an impression of dynamism, but it looks fucking terrible in motion, especially with how much the petals of the dress clip through each other at the drop of a hat.

Her old designs were kino of the highest order, compared to the more generic idol outfit she wears now. They were just old fucking models so they didn't look as good as they should. Still, she was very happy to finally get a say in her outfit for this one, so I don't mind the others getting put away for the majority of the time, though I hope to see the diva back in some of her concerts.
