Like, when she called Filian a Filipino Boy, and later it got added to her memory, she won't know that she was the one who said it or who or what it was referred to, she just knows that "Fillian" is associated with "Filipino Boy".
After all, Neuro does change her habits over time, and I doubt it's just Vedal messing around, I honestly don't think he has the skills to do so. Like how she started winking out of nowhere, or how she stopped envisioning herself as a goddess.
