Best as I can guess (as a complete amateur who has never had a direct conversation with Polka) she strikes me as someone with Cyclothymic Disorder, which is basically mild-moderate bipolar depression. Polka has huge ups where she does tons of work and bites off way more than she can chew with a smile, and then sometimes she just crashes and struggles to do stuff that is normally easy for her.

She also seems to have some social anxiety, but whether that constitutes a unique diagnosis or it's just a symptom of generalized anxiety is unclear. Then she just has some self esteem issues, but those are nothing out of the ordinary, and wouldn't really constitute a diagnosis.

All in all, Polka has some stuff she struggles with, but compared to some of the other menheras in Hololive she's got a lot more control over her feelings and better ways of managing them. I wouldn't worry about Polka, it seems she's been dealing with this stuff from an early age and has gotten good about knowing when she's not doing well and when to take a break, just like she did recently.

It blows my mind that Polka has not one, but SEVERAL incredible character voices that are so high quality, cute and charming that they could be their own Holo. Like, she just did a radio show bit and she completely overhauled her speaking style and emphasized the low and sweet parts of her voice. But she can do the same thing in the other direction when she decides she wants to play a 5 year old Puka-tan and do an entire Zatsu as a child.
