If you genuinely care about security and being tracked then using more obscure browsers is actually a bad thing as it lets them link a unique browser profile to you based on your installed addons etc.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to browse the internet without giving (((them))) any of your data, so your best bet is just giving them the most useless data. In that case the only non-Chrome browser that still has widespread enough use to give plausible deniability is Firefox. You could technically use Brave or DuckDuckGo browsers I suppose but it makes you more trackable.
