I think I'll have to join you, I greatly overestimated the speed at which I can write. Even if I were to somehow shit out the whole story in the next nine hours it would a horrible mess of awful prose that would look more like dot points for a plot outline rather than a story. The concept I'm trying to write is flawed from the beginning though, so unlike you I think I'll just scrap the whole thing. Good luck to whoever else might be rushing to finish their story though, kudos.

It's really frustrating that I won't be able to participate in this writing contest. I hope we host another one to give me a chance at redemption. I've learnt from this one so I'll go fucking ham next time.
