Despite putting tons of money down for it Mumei's 3D live was scrapped and overhauled at the last moment by management resulting in a bunch more work for Mumei with way less creative control over the end product. They've also done stuff like intentionally shortening her deadlines for projects because she "procrastinates" (streams rather than doing recordings when she has bad voice days due to her CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS) and constantly burden her with the same stupid meetings the rest of the girls complain about.

I liked Isaac more before the item pool got super weird and diluted with a bunch of weird crap. I feel like it's so hard to just get decent stats nowadays. And the super armor on bosses makes glass cannon builds basically useless because you always need durability. But that devalues things like devil deals, and trading red hearts for black/soul hearts, which were predicated around the idea that the risk/reward for big damage was reduced durability.

So you have a system where it's hard to get decent stats without going for devil deals, but the system also punishes you for using them because now you don't have the durability you need to get through the bosses. But if you don't take the deals your stats will suck and clearing rooms/killing bosses will take AGES, and you'll inevitably take more hits because you're not killing stuff fast enough and you'll need to dodge more attacks.

I played DS2 blind and accidentally joined the covenant that makes the game harder and thought the game's balance was broken for like 3 hours.
