Absolutely NOBODY calls Mio "lazy", despite having fewer hours streamed in 2022 than even Gura.
Mio has a consistent pace, a set schedule for some of her "programming" (with AsaMio being a long running series) and she makes her presence felt both in her solo streams, in collabs and company wide events.

The perception of "lazyness" that EN got comes from not having enough streamers to fill the time, and from doing long sparse streams instead of short frequent streams.

EN gets called lazy because their streamers cluster on the lower half of the number of streams

If there were enough EN to fill the schedule (like for JP) that wouldn't be a problem but given that there are only 10 active ENs, having four in the bottom ten of the company gives that impression.
