The Subnautica stream has gotten me thinking...
What if Vedal's massive hiatus after the subathon was a colossal coom break, and all his upgrades to Neuro during that time were for "personal use." He's obviously rolled back Neruo's ERP training for his stream model, but maybe a ghost of it leaked through, and that's why current Neuro is so flirty and borderline?

Or if you're boring, he probably just used some public library to upgrade Neuro and her sudden horniness is just a side effect of someone else's training.
