A few things to note here:
While this may appears as an official video for investors, Nijisanji has almost no investors outside of Japan and China. This video was made to calm down nijifans.
Riku Tazumi cannot speak English for SHIT, and there's ZERO proof he was even aware what he was reading.

If anything, this video was a good attempt at trying to appease overseas fans, while hiding everything from Jap fans. If, at any point, he wanted to be honest, he would've recorded this video in Japanese and add English subtitles, so Jap fans and investors can understand it. It's a classic corpo move.
