The sponsorship this time was to play the prologue to completion, there is no indication she has been allowed to play further unless they change their mind after the stream.
She even said she'd look at it a little off-stream which pretty much confirms it. It is the same kind of sponorship deal they got with Octopath.
And she did play Octopath for 50+ hours off-stream so even if she won't stream this game again there is a chance she'll finish it although I do doubt it.
