You just completely ignored that she displays a consistent trend of what she criticises and why and how that same logic should also apply to Nekopara for the same reason. She also doesn't just criticise Wataten, she complains about the "trend", hence she's also criticising Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru which aired in the previous season, assuredly with the same logic, since it was also a comedy about an older woman who was attracted to a young girl, and in that case the older woman was significantly more aggressive about pursuing the young girl. So again, consistent about criticising media involving sexualising young girls.

Milk is just a side character. I think both Vanilla and Azuki look younger than her and both of them get dicked. And of course, this is again after raising them from kittens for that real grooming appeal on top of them being subservient to their owner by law. You can argue that the game's protagonist isn't a bad guy and treats them well, which is probably the same argument anyone accused of statutory rape would attempt to make.
Again, I don't have a problem with the content, but it is very easy to see how it would be seen as problematic when taken in the same manner that Nyanners has complained about other things in the past. Her giving Nekopara a pass makes no sense, at best she can simply claim ignorance of it being an eroge at all.
