What are you trying to do? To me it seems like image composition is the issue, NAI's inpaint tries really hard to make the picture as consistent as possible so if you try to shove in something out of the blue it might not work, I just don't see how a third girl would fit in there.
One thing you can try is using vibe tranfer with a pic of the third girl, maybe you can force the inpaint to give you what you want, or just resort to classic inpainting tricks like scribbling the rough shape of the girl or photoshopping a png in there and using the img2img inpaint
