Oh it's probably like the spending limit on SC. If so there's a daily one of 2 or 3 max SCs and then also a weekly one that is about equivalent to 4 capped out days iirc.
If 50 gift memberships is about half of a capped out SC then that is about 20x50=1000 memberships per week.
With a few accounts and payment methods I think I could probably get 10k memberships in in the 3 weeks leading up to their birthday week
