For more context to this decision, his idea was that the serbias would be an easy front and he'd then be able to switch off the total force of his armies towards the russians, when he got bogged down in serbia and btfo there it was too late to send reinforcements into the east since the railway system was fucked beyond belief. Serbia managed to consistently defeat Austro-Hungarian advances until the bulgarians joined the war.

1. Seems fun, I don't see why it shouldn't be added. Maybe I'll make an overall "folk and traditions" document one day.

2. Avoid using numbers at any cost for now since world populations aren't well defined yet so I'm cutting off that part, on that note, since the Republic is very centralized I'd say most or all militias are under control by the military organization. Youth integration in the military would instead happen by schools, where military representatives would come in and give them some propaganda, and they'd be involved in some of the duties. To that, schools in the Republic are all state-owned.
