yt-dlp will wait for the video's scheduled start time, and then ping every 60 seconds thereafter until it can find a live feed to start downloading.
Also, I'll make a second archive too in case something goes wrong on your end, but don't rely on me. I'm on satellite and I normally can't watch a stream above 240p.
Also, just read the man pages next time. You can grep for keywords based on your needs and it'd save you loads of time over asking the thread.
