I think NijiEN management is mostly just soul curshing, what we have seen from leaks is them pestering the livers over numbers. That added with them seemingly not helping people with stuff like Pomu's 3D model which wasn't finished at release and unusable since then, and just cancelling projects and big events like the concert probably just makes them depressed.
IRyS is probably the one that's gotten the most similar treatment in HoloEN, but her shitty manager was probably slightly better but it was bad enough to make her menhera post on her rm account from what I remember, and she at least found a light at the end of the tunnel.

I watched them slightly after Ethyria's debut to right before valentine's day last year. I never had a NijiEN oshi and just watched whatever streams I thought looked interesting. But one night at like 2 am with no interesting streams to watch I realized that I was essentially just ruining my sleep schedule for streamers I didn't enjoy that much so I dropped them.
