You accept that you're not going to watch everything from everyone you like, and focus on watching the things you want to see the most and the people you like to watch the most.
That and your true favorites emerge over time and rise above the rest which narrows down your scope, at least from my experience. I've come to always prioritize Ange's streams, she's the only person whose streams I will watch 100% of the time if I can even though I'm a big fan of a number of other people as well, so if she is streaming then anyone else is going to automatically be second priority.
Most people probably have a similar someone or 2-3, and it doesn't ultimately really matter if they're surrounded by 10 or 100 other options once you know they're the ones you're gonna watch if they're on. But having more options is still always nice.
