Ehh, it kinda does.
It explains why they even mention her sub count in the collaboration notes to begin with; especially since she was well past 1M at that point.

Coco's outfit fast tracking aside, the release would've been 10 months since Ame reached the milestone back in February 2021 as well, which is fairly standard turnaround time for Cover-managed requests to materialize.
