Last night was Mel's birthday! It was a pretty low-key affair, especially compared to last year's as not much of anything happened during it. The biggest announcement of the day was definitely the significant upgrades to her 3D that Mel finally got! Not that she hasn't gotten upgrades in the past, but pretty much all of them have been sort of back-end updates that didn't really affect anything you would see, but would make it easier for her to do things behind the scenes. This time was different though as the debuted race queen outfit brought with it a significant upgrade in facial tracking! One that makes it so you kind of realize how limited Mel's 3D facial tracking has been since pretty much the day she debuted compared to what she showed off last night. There was also the typical birthday video with kind messages from many notable figures that Mel has worked with as well as a couple voice actors. It's all well and cute and the kindness definitely didn't make Mel break down in tears multiple times.

Luckily there was alcohol to handle the shift from emotional messages to skribbl.io with Zen and Haruka and Silver and a silent Sykkuno. It wasn't the explosiveness of last year's Gartic Phone collab, but a drunk Mel is always fun to watch and she had gotten completely blasted by this point in the stream as Sykkuno was arrested for things on his PC. Definitely a fun VOD to consider watching if you're interested. But there was also a fresh dose of lore to come with it, and it is certainly setting up for a followup soon. Post-apocalyptic future Melware traveling to the past and taking over regular Mel's body? Who knows what the fuck that's all about, but the bigger news was that it also debuted a brand new look for Mouse, who all but confirmed that she's getting a model based off of it with a preview that came shortly after. It was an exciting day all around despite the lack of other streams, but it's probably nothing compared to what we've got going on today.

Kson and Nazuna will be debuting in several hours. Probably not during the time this thread will be up, but soon. We'll be getting a group collab of some kind in Raft in the lead-up to it which is bound to be fun, but unfortunately we don't have much in the way of details for who's streaming it. So enjoy the peace and quiet for now, and look forward to a very busy evening.
