I think it could be cool to format it like a timeline, showing off its evolution over the course of the year since that fateful stream on Nov 12 2022.
Making key notes of dates such as first streams/debuts, important/big streams/collabs, new outfits and models, events, and such.
From there on the only content decisions would be whether or not to include some /here/ stuff, included but not limited to Thread In-jokes, Divegrass, How various Femanons rose to the challenge of actually streaming and actually succeeded, the Nyana Debut Ad Saga, FlaVRtown in Yubicraft if that's had development, or even if it still exists I haven't played actual Minecraft in like 2 or some years..., copypastas, rituals, drama, Brolime getting arrested (real(fake)), Juwun my Tiger Femboy Bride (male(female(male(female)))), and other shit.
Which tbdesu picking and choosing that type of content is just depending on how edgy/nsfw in general you want it to be especially considering that I know for a fact that there is a non-zero% chance that Pippa might randomly choose to do a year in review stream herself, and react to that very video as part of it.
