Fine, the truth is her sickness is not because of food or health issue, it is caused by psychological trauma instead.
After Ame taught her how to shoot with airsoft guns, she gave Kiara a real gun & tested it for real. They killed three people the first one was completely by Ame, she shot the poor fella right between the eyes to give Kiara an example, the second one Ame shot his legs then ordered Kiara to finish him with a headshot, then the third one she ordered Kiara to do all the work. She chased him for 30 minutes.
Then they buried the bodies in Ame's backyard. The crow that Ame heard is not a crow, it was a sound of a vulture, smelling dead bodies, you can check it yourself it fits.
That was why Kiara felt sick in the middle of Ame's stream, the suppressed memory resurfaced & it made her puke uncontrollably, a common symptom of dealing with dead bodies for the first time.
