A couple of minutes of Sakamata to see their duel in the arena in the beginning as well. If you don't have time to catch up with everything, I'd probably recommended starting from the fireworks about 4 hours in and sticking with Mio's frame until the end, that should get you the best parts of them walking around the festival.
