Did some digging, found a weird situation
So Chibi's 3D modeler was working on a 3D model for Silvi, completed it even late last year. He's an ESL with cheap prices. Uploads a shitload of progress shots to Twitter, mistakably does not charge upfront.

Apparently she implied his prices are too high, they are under $1000 per model. He had completed her model already and sent it to her, and she refused to pay. She tells him she doesn't really want to pay anything for the model after he asks her what she wants changing and why she doesn't like it, and he can't really do anything. She even tells him he should probably have a TOS if he doesn't want this to happen.

TLDR Silvi commissions a 3D modeler with a decent portfolio, watches him make the entire thing, when she sends him the files she tells him she doesn't like it and refuses to pay. He tweets about it.
Weird fucking situation. I've seen some interesting rrats about Silvi and this definitely doesn't help my uneasy feelings about her.
