You know, I've done a bit of looking around, and apparently it's plausible to use some kind of microwave laser bea, to ionize and heat up air, making it expand. In other words, a beam to create a cylinder of near vacuum. My idea then is that you can shoot something through that cylinder without worrying about air as much. Most projectiles would be so slow that ballistics trajectories would make the projectile fall out of the cylinder, or the vacuum would collapse before the projectile did much traveling, but with something like relativistic macron (or a particle beam, they might be able to exploit that vacuum cylinder to noticeably increase the effective range in an atmosphere. I still wanna get more info to see if the energy needed to create the vacuum is reasonable at all though.

Ohh, now that's an idea, we know how versatile that is, that would open up all sorts of possibilities. Maybe that would be a way to do that freezing weapon? Or if chuubanite/magic plays a role in FTL travel, they could be used to weaponize wormhole shenanigans.

A caravan city? That's always fun. I wonder how large such cities can be before logistics become a problem. Local foraging can only go so far, larger cities import food from the countryside, so there would be a constant stream of traders bringing supplies to the moving city center. Or maybe being stuck in traffic would be the limitation, unless migrations were extremely well coordinated, which could be cool too. Steppe people and amerindian populations would probably be informative for this kind of stuff, maybe it worked with more people than I'd expect.

dj-Jo isn't very good, and while the whole project was just made to flex her vocal reps, it didn't mesh very well with TGRiaLS and Red, and the improvements to guh still don't make it a good song. The only one that doesn't provide a worse or unremarkable experience is Bully (which are in my opinion still her best studio vocals to date) and the original is still just superior between its track and Mori's flow.
