Because when something that had legitimate discussion value (by leddit standards at least) - i.e. blue homo's 3D debut - got removed by automod, it was actually restored within an hour.
If the mod actually gave a shit, they could just as easily restore these stupid meme posts. But they're not doing that.

The beggar to anti pipeline is 100% accurate, so we already know the beggars' next step - report the posts about the girls to get them removed, in order to "raise awareness" about the issue. Except the public perception of the casual fan will be "homofags attacking the girls' posts".
