I might be preaching to the choir, but FYI that things might get worse before they get better with the demon lord. Even if he gets lucky and his first prescription is the right one, they'll likely slowly adjust his dose up and up and this adjustment period can be rough. Or they may hit a dose and realize he was doing better at a lower one...but this realization is usually because of things like, "hey doc, so I cried at work for 6 hours for no reason, I think maybe this higher dose is agitating me a little too much" or whatever. To be honest, I kind of assumed he'd already started his meds specifically because of his behaviour the last week or two. The reason I shared this is to try to temper expectations and also prevent doomposting if/when he's still having a hard time: it doesn't mean treatment has failed, just a part of the process for most people.
