Pic 1 of 2. First off, the devs presumably know the AI can't self-regulate to avoid breaking anti-discrimination law. It's (allegedly) intentionally designed to discriminate against people with atypical speech patterns at all times via the context filter, thus theoretically making them theoretically liable for discriminating against people with disabilities by implementing the context filter. You know, the one we all hate and want removed.
