If she has clear long-term plans, then she isn't communicating them all that well. Maybe for the next month, but what kind of a chuuba will she be next year? What is the vision? There are issues that could have been easily avoided, e.g. the whole HoloTalk thing. You might not care, but there are people who do, and all it would take to prevent all the tiresome shitposting that broke containment was an hour of effort on manager's side some time in June. It's almost like we had 3 years worth of "she doesn't care about Hololive" shit flinging since EN became a thing and they had plenty of time to learn. This whole membership thing also stinks to high heaven and it's also something that any manager should be aware of.
She already talked about how mane-san is hands-off and those are the worst. Literally not doing their fucking job.
