Kaela really understands that Holo Minecraft is basically like a "story", and what she's trying to be is the helpful NPC that the Heroes can buy stuff from or recruit as a bodyguard, not the all powerful deus-ex-machina that makes all challenges (and thus the protagonists) irrelevant.
