My favourite so far is branding. There are so many layers to it.
First you get the initial burn, and then you get the layers to peel away. Each one bleeds a bit depending on how soon you remove the scab

My justification is that it's not "self harm" since it's inflicted by others. Whether that will fly with twitch or not I don't know, but it's not gonna be any more brutal than many of the games they allow.
I could maybe test out the toggles with a boxing game or something since getting more bruised and bloodied is kind of a part of boxing.

Not to get personal, but I need to get more active in the fringe communities again. My attempt at fitting into more normie vtuber circles is coming to an end, so one way or another I'm gonna find a place where I feel happy.
