My expectations are that there is a lot of bad blood between livers.
Management did not intervene in dispute among livers, leaving them to solve stuff by themselves. Without any person of distinct authority, I can easily see how this will result in a very toxic environment where harassment becomes the main tool for resolving issues. It wasn't malicious, it wasn't done with the intent to hurt someone, it wasn't right and nothing makes it right, but the gears needed to turn and this was done to turn them. I expect everyone in that company to have some horror stories, some of stuff they did and some of stuff that was done to them. I expect almost every talent to have done some bullying to get his stuff done, including Elira.
I think Selen understood this was a side effect of the system, which is why she didn't want to name names.
