It's funny because by NO means is Ramadan actually fasting, in any way shape or form. They're not 'holding back their desires' at all. All it is is switching your meal times from morning to night; instead of eating from between sunrise and sundown, you eat between sundown and sunrise. Muslims actually gain weight during their pagan month of fasting, and hospitals actually witness a surge in diabetic patient admission, which is crazy.
