All I know is this - artia was pushing hard for supporting aqua on her discord. Even saying that other than her and civia, aqua was the only vtuber of whom talk was allowed on the general channel.
After this I checked the chinese channel and absolutely found discussion regarding usage of "tools to harass" and about "needing more accounts" and stuff. Artia herself chimed in during these discussions (short phrases that google translate didn't really help with)
