You hold onto the east and discard a 3m and 7m. Holding onto the 3 and 7 would have fiven you a 345678m run but you discarded them for the east when you could have just dropped a 9p to be your pair. Ive watched several of your games, you need to drop the honors if one is discarded or you get a more useful numbered tile
