I could argue that just from the ones I know, DyaRikku, Sayu, and ShyLily are probably better. Though, it's hard to tell how much is the model, and how much is the latter two just being better puppeteers.
Cillia's great and all, but I definitely prefer Oykeli's facial tracking.
