Yeah, since "dog" is in there sometimes they appear. Same issue as prompts like "pencil skirt" generating pencils. It's just a core issue with how the system works that there's zero intention of solving, as far as I know.
Usually they're small and out of the way and they're not too common.
But this one looked just right.

I don't think it's frowned upon to request them, but I personally won't gen stuff much past chubby.
I think most of the heavy weight posters moved to their separate board months ago.
