Since some anons last thread were curious, here's the full context behind Gwelu's apology.

Gwelu went to Okazaki and bought a car, and tweeted "This is the sacred place of Tokai On-air! Where is Tokai On-air? Let's search for them!" (original tweet has been deleted).
Tokai On-Air is an Offline TV style channel which is based in Okazaki (https://www.youtube.com/@TokaiOnAir/videos).).
