Live to experience the good times and take your life a day at a time rather than worrying about a time that hasn't come to pass and will pass while not much will change about you (unless you're spiralling or purposefully trying to change things) between 29 and 30. That isn't to say don't think about the future but don't worry about something you and nobody else on Earth can control or change

Gomen, gomen! Iget angry when I see people not taking care of themselves and focus on trying to help them out, even if I have to be frank about it. Probably why my close friends like me, because I don't let people spiral or leave them behind knowing they're in pain, or let a preventable problem get worse and it's something I can comment on either with experience or knowledge. Like when I mended my best friend and close friend's friendship after the girl one of them liked ended up dating the other one. That required me to be very frank with both of them and a lot of patience and time... TL;DR I tend to be nice, but become a bit abrasive and painfuly honest when I care
