They were saving up on streamlabs as well, but Code was the one who really saved up on donations in favor of the donothon, and she said management noticed a drop in her income too.

They need to learn how to space out big spending events better, but since donothons are never going away, they are also double and triple dipping on fanbox-patreon stuff to provide stable income. It is what it is.

She attracted some of those unironic "PARASOCIAL FUCKS" and nami gosling posting is not just a meme /pkg/ does to annoy her. Some people got really invested into her in the worst way possible.

The line between a down bad gosling and a schizo anti is thin for some people, as thin as not getting your pfp drawn on stream. And they all got it anyway because it was a joke.

Nami always has a good zatsu about food, dumb takes and random shit she likes before the game, sometimes goes tangents enough to derail the streams. Her zatsu game is good and well managed, solid middle of the pack or even above average for Kawaii.

She voice acts, actual voice acting (a la Nene's Umineko) and not just reading lines, in Octopath so there is no need to do zatsus there, and she actually pays attention to those games and their plots because she has to keep her intellectual jrpgfag kayfabe up. Lua plays in a similar way but instead of comments and jokes she makes cute noises and narrates the action when there is nothing to read.

The only times Nami has dead air is when she plays stuff she doesn't like, or needs to pay attention to what she is doing like drawing streams and Overwatch PVP (lol). For some reason management wants her to play more OW so I don't think they have issues with her not talking much during those streams.
