Not a nip, but worked for a few Talent agencies as a consultant, have some context of the legal stuff.

Consider this an "expert rrat", most likely she had a proscribed interaction or she unknowingly/deliberately put a company's asset at risk. These are common after discarding felony related issues.
forbidden interactions can go from sending a DM to a fan to fucking your subordinate/manager.
Some agencies keep an ungodly surveillance eye on their talents private lives, but I highly doubt that's the case here for a number of reasons.

virtual talents can't put a company's asset at risk without some sort of dumb clearance. But at the end, a company can be extremely dumb at labelling their intangible assets.
