Yeah, I looked into it one last time and I made a funny mistake...
I started with the PAL version and I didn't notice, along the way it was converted into NTSC and a couple of things changed, like the physics being slightly different, the game running a bit faster (which explains the music) and the controls reacting a bit quicker. It's not a big problem I think, and it makes the gameplay slightly differently, which I think is neat.
