I would suggest rebuilding a habit to eat, even through force. I know plenty of quildren are terrible eaters, following their oshi’s habits and all, but please do. At the very least he does eat despite being extremely picky. If you can’t eat, drink something nutritious and filling, like oat drinks or nestum. If you’re having problem taking in solid food, go for water based soup with low amount of flavouring.
