Hire a gen of Hags - Proper hags, lolibaba's... just a diverse group of hags and I would place all my time and resourcesto promote this group and give them all the preferential treatment I could provide. I will fight to the death for my hags to get everything they need while the others struggle on with their shit head management.
If anyone from Myth or Cope want this respect they will have to provide a minimum of 5 streams a week consistently for 6 months period before I even consider stepping up to bat for them. They will lose it if they slack off. If they get sick, they'll have to provide doctors notes. If they want to act like high school students, they're going to be treated like high school students.
