Host at least 4 special high quality, production value specials a year, exclusively within HoloEN
Those can be trivia shows, any videogame, random activities. As long as it has a theme, a catchy name and some exclusive art and it's heavily promoted as a special celebration of some sort.
Negotiate a deal with the remaining members so they stop collabs with Holostars, they all can have their terms. Everybody has something they want.
Assign someone as care taker of the branch. Someone who is kind, dedicated, has a lot of empathy and will take care of their mental and emotional needs, someone they can vent to or bounce ideas with and find solutions or who can better help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Hire someone as dedicated tech support to help the girls with any shit they need.
Release 1 solo music single monthly, with a new talent each time. The idea is to keep HoloEN trending and in everyone's minds.
Organize special shocking and surprising collabs with popular EN figures at least once every 3 months. It can be someone like Pewdiepie or Jerma or any real celeb or Elon Musk or whoever the fuck you can come up with. Remember when Fubuki interviewed Jared Leto and everyone was like what the fuck and sharing it? You want that effect, at least every 3 months or 4. The idea is to bring HoloEN into the public spotlight.
Strike deals with more brands that are popular on EN. A purple Monster drink inspired by Ina or an exclusive pocket watch inspired by Watson. Or have a crossover with the WWE of some sort, capitalizing on the popularity of the WWE game events within the Hololive fandom. My point is to bring HoloEN into cultural relevance in the west through exposure via other brands.
Another bit, debut HoloEN4 next year. Don't wait 3 years for it, or 2 years, or 1.5 years. Wait barely 1 year.
Myth is burned out and doesn't really have the passion to go all out, Council is also phoning it in.
Gen 3 should be their new star gen, and Gen 4 should follow up to that.
By then you will have 20 streamers which is pretty decent as a stable number, HololiveJp ran with that for a while and could get a lot of shit done.
